The Position:

In the role of Sales Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

• The sale of new homes from the Display Home;
• Preparation and sale of house and land packages
• Preparation of cost estimates and quotations
• The ability to understand and assess client needs and the development of suitable solutions
• Development and maintenance of a network of industry and referral partners such as land developers, real estate agents and brokers.

The Person:

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Professional will have:

• Experience in property sales advantageous
• Must work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and two days off during the week and have car to travel
• Strong customer service
• Strong admin focus
• Strong work ethic
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• High attention detail
• Well presented
• Work well under pressure & ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to be self-motivated & work unsupervised
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
