Commercial Sales & Contracts Administrator

Our client is a sought after business that specialises in the sales, leasing, and property management of industrial & commercial real estate in South East Queensland. They are a key industry player headed up by an incredibly supportive senior management team, their focus lies in an open and honest approach to their clients backed up by the ability to deliver results.

They are now seeking a motivated property sales administrator with experience stemming from either a commercial or residential sales administration or legal background.  

Duties will include:
  • Liaising with company solicitors, settlement agents, customers, and clients.
  • Preparation of minutes, Disclosure Statements, property reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Organisation and collaboration with sales agents to ensure the administration tasks pertaining to the sales and leasing workflow are completed proactively and to a consistently high standard
  • Providing general day to day administrative support to the sales team;
  • Data entry and database management;
  • Assisting with the organisation of both team and client meetings;
  • Assisting client communication throughout the sales process;
  • Auction preparation and assisting with inspections;
  • Risk compliance - managing risks within the agency and with clients;
  • Update and maintenance of CRM system.
  • Confidentially communicate with staff, clients and other contacts.
  • Assistance with calls and emails, ensuring all client queries are answered in a timely and professional manner.

Working closely with the team, the role requires someone that is switched on and capable of high output and has a pre-emptive mindset. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience within a property environment and have strong knowledge in property legislation.
