The Role:

As the new Growth Manager, we are seeking someone with team spirit. You will be responsible for delivering excellent support and service while constantly demonstrating initiative. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic that can work both in a team and autonomously.

• Customer care and client liaison
• Deliver proposal documentation & meeting new clients
• Ensure that all client experiences reflect the highest level of customer service
• Creating value and improvements to contract performance, ensuring high compliance standards, risk management, account leadership and building strong stakeholder relationships
• Support to a team with proven results based on expert negotiating and marketing strategies
