Role and Responsibilities:
As the Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a local portfolio of properties.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working in a pod and managing a tidy portfolio of 150 properties with an Assistant
- Responding promptly to tenant inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns
- Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors and vendors
- No Routine, entry, exit inspections
- Ensuring compliance with tenancy laws and regulations
- Collaborating with the team to achieve organisational objectives
- 2 years Property Management experience
- In-depth knowledge of relevant tenancy laws and regulations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster a positive work environment
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Proficient using Property Tree, IRE and Inspections Manager
