The Company
A leading Real Estate Support Agency with a proven and strong history in the industry. With a reputation built on integrity, strong collaboration and a business growth strategy, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring fresh, innovative strategies and lead a team through transformation.

The Role
This opportunity requires a professional and seasoned Marketing Manager who can lead, manage and drive the strategy for these projects. 

You will be responsible for developing and implement marketing, pricing and promotions strategies and plans/calendar, develop and implement the marketing communication strategies and all marketing programs, oversee the management of all digital, marketing and advertising agency relationships, manage competitor and industry market research and activity, manage the marketing budget and all reporting requirements up to board level reporting. You will be responsible for the marketing plan and collaborate closely with the broader business.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing
  • Property/Real Estate industry knowledge & an understanding of the customer journey is preferred, so ideally require Marketing Management experience
  • Effective leadership skills enabling you to gain the buy-in and trust of your team, Executive Management and any relevant internal & external stakeholders
  • Able to provide thought leadership on all aspects of branding, digital marketing, sales and marketing strategy
  • Ability to work with a complex and diverse range of key stakeholders
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Experience in coordinating events, preferably in collaboration with external event management companies.
