Responsibilities:

• NO routines, leasing, documentation, admin, maintenance, 70% in-office role
• Manage a portfolio of 170 residential properties, ensuring maximum occupancy rates and rental income.
• Tenant and home owner communication.
• Stay up to date with relevant legislation and industry changes.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Property Manager, with expertise in managing residential properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
• Well-presented and professional demeanor, instilling confidence in clients.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A reliable vehicle
• Proficiency in property management software Property Tree
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
• Possess a valid QLD real estate certificate.
