Property Manager | Work from home!

Our client are a leading property development business with an impressive track record of overseeing and delivering over 3,000 properties in southeast Queensland. Due to growth, they are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to step into a portfolio and manage end to end. 

Run your own small portfolio, with the flexibly of working from home!

Responsibilities:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of a diverse portfolio of approximately 130 properties. Many of these properties are grouped in the same locations, offering you efficiency and consistency in your management approach. Your responsibilities will include leasing, with administration support provided by head office.

From subdivisions and townhouse developments to comprehensive marketing campaigns and property management, this role offers you something a bit different!

Requirements:
  • Ideally based on the Southside for proximity to managed properties
  • Willingness to conduct Saturday inspections if you are unable to get them leased throughout the week
  • Flexibility to work from home, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training
  • Proven organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle end-to-end property management, including leasing
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation
