We are on the hunt for a high performing Property professional with strong interpersonal skills & charisma to step into a Property Recruitment Consultant role with a focus on Property Development! Duties in this role include:
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies within Property Development  
  • Visiting clients to build and develop relationships        
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment        
  • Advertising vacancies by placing adverts through our relevant job platforms
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
  • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Receiving, reviewing and screening applications, running interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
  • Managing candidates through the interview process and providing adequate advice around about the results of their interviews
  • Negotiating pay and salary and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
  • Offering consultative and accurate advice to both clients and candidates 
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets
The Successful Candidate:
  • Direct experience within the Property industry is essential - a strong understanding of the industry is very important 
  • A talent for multi-tasking, results driven and goal-focused
  • Resilient, tenacious and self-motivated
  • A genuine interest in people, their motivators and what makes them tick
  • Naturally intuitive, have good decision-making ability, and a creative problem solver
  • A quick thinker, good negotiator and have a high sense of urgency
