Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including coordinating property listings and preparing sales contracts.
  • Onboarding tasks with new agents and groups.
  • Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives, helping to create property brochures, managing social media accounts, and coordinating property photos and videos.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property information in CRM system, ensuring data is organised and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate property inspections, open houses, and auctions, engaging with clients and potential buyers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in real estate administration is required, showcasing your expertise in the industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems, enabling you to manage data and information effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, allowing you to travel to property locations if needed.
