SALES TEAM MANAGER

(Residential & Commercial Real Estate)

As the team manager, you are an exceptionally organised and adaptable professional. Your ability to expertly manage schedules, prioritise tasks, and maintain a structured environment is fundamental to the smooth operation of the team. You excel in clear and professional communication, both written and verbal, and approach your responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supporting a high performing agent with an average of 110 sales per year  
  • Providing professional communication to clients and tenants to ensure a positive experience with every point of contact  
  • Preparing Form 6 documents, pre-list and appraisal kits 
  • Preparing all marketing collateral for new listings including signage, brochures, flyers and internet marketing 
  • Attending photography appointments  
  • Launch to market of listings (higher volume than the average agent)  
  • Assist the agent and associates with a variety of tasks and support 
  • Document Management  
  • Day-to-day diary management and appointments for the team 
  • Data management  
  • Other duties as required 
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous Sales PA/EA experience in the real estate industry is a must  
  • A strong interest in Real Estate and helping the team to achieve their goals  
  • Holding a current QLD Registration Certificate & valid driver’s licence  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills 
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities & multi-task 
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease
